Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions “Terms” apply where you use, purchase or contribute to a Soul Magnolia Gift Card “Gift Card“ or e-Gift Card (“e-Gift Card“).

By using, purchasing or contributing to a Gift Card or e-Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

• If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

• Not valid with any other offer or discount.

• Not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

• Valid for a single transaction only.

• This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

• Non-transferable.

• Not redeemable for cash.

• Not redeemable to purchase gift cards.

• May not be sold or transferred.

• Subject to availability.

• The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Soul Magnolia and shall be binding on the customer.

• No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift card.

• No replacement for lost or stolen gift cards.

• Gift Cards may not be used for any other purpose than a healing or reading.

• Gift Cards are NOT valid to pay any deposit or payment of any Soul Magnolia’s workshop.
