SESSION POLICIES
All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth.
Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk. Neither Gabriela Johnson or Soul Magnolia can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.
You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Gabriela’s availability based upon your selected time zone. All sessions will take place face to face, over the phone, zoom or skype and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.
You are welcome to record your session. It is considered for personal use only.
If you are late for the session Gabriela will do her best to honour your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.
If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15-20mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Gabriela Johnson cannot offer a refund at a later time.
Gabriela Johnson follow a strict cancellations policy. For sessions cancelled with 72 hours advance of the session a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours an alternative time will be offered and for cancellations within 24hours a partial refund will be offered. However, as a service dedicated to growth will take each situation into account.

Please don’t book in for any of our programs, classes, retreats or services unless you are absolutely sure you can attend! Cancellations muck everyone around.
Workshops & Retreats – Refund & Transfer Policy
Please note that all payments for workshops and retreats are non-refundable.
Workshops
If you are unable to attend a workshop, your booking may be transferred to the next scheduled workshop. This transfer is available only once and must be used for the immediate next workshop.
Retreats
If you need to cancel your retreat booking, you may either:
Transfer your booking to another person, or
Transfer your booking to the next scheduled retreat,
provided that you notify us at least 1 month before the retreat start date. No transfers can be made after this deadline.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to plan our events fairly and ensure the best experience for all participants.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) Terms & Conditions
Audio Recording
Every QHHT session is audio recorded as an essential part of the process. You will receive a copy of your recording after your session for your own personal reflection and integration.
The original recording remains the property of Soul Magnolia and Gabriela Johnson and will be stored securely and confidentially.
Your recording will never be shared, published, distributed, or used for teaching, marketing, research, social media, or any other purpose without your prior written permission.
Technical Issues
While every effort is made to ensure a high-quality recording, technical failures can occasionally occur despite all reasonable precautions.
By booking a QHHT session, you acknowledge that Soul Magnolia and Gabriela Johnson cannot guarantee the successful recording of every session and cannot be held responsible for equipment malfunction, corrupted files, poor audio quality, or complete recording failure.
The absence of a recording does not affect the validity, quality, or completion of the QHHT session and does not entitle the client to a refund, discount, or complimentary replacement session.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared before, during, and after your session is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Your personal details, health information, and session content will never be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.
Nature of QHHT
QHHT is a complementary spiritual and self-exploration modality designed to promote personal insight, self-awareness, and inner growth.
QHHT is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Clients should continue to follow the advice of their qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical or psychological condition.
Individual Experience
Every QHHT session is unique. No specific outcome, experience, information, or level of hypnosis can be guaranteed.
Results vary from person to person depending on many individual factors, including readiness, openness, and personal circumstances.
Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that you participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after the session.
Intellectual Property
The hypnosis recording provided to the client is for personal use only. It may not be copied, altered, reproduced, sold, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Soul Magnolia.
Recording Storage
Soul Magnolia is not responsible for retaining client recordings indefinitely. Clients are encouraged to download and securely store their copy upon receipt. After a reasonable period, recordings may be permanently deleted from our files.
Consent
By booking and attending your QHHT session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Hypnotic State & Refund Policy
While every effort is made to guide you into a comfortable and appropriate hypnotic state, no specific depth of hypnosis, subconscious communication, past life recall, healing outcome, or other particular experience can be guaranteed.
Every individual responds to hypnosis differently. Your experience will depend on many factors, including your readiness, openness, ability to relax, and willingness to engage with the process.
A QHHT session is considered to have been fully delivered once the scheduled session has taken place, regardless of the depth of hypnosis experienced or whether the client believes they achieved the desired outcome.
For this reason, no refunds, credits, discounts, or complimentary sessions will be provided if the client does not reach the level of hypnosis they expected, is unable to recall information, or is dissatisfied with the subjective outcome of the session, provided the service has been delivered with reasonable care and professionalism.
By booking a QHHT session, you acknowledge and accept that no specific therapeutic, spiritual, or personal outcome can be guaranteed.
Sessions & Online Classes purchased through soulmagnolia.com
The 100% cost payment is required at the time of booking /enrolling for all session, classes, workshops and products purchased through soulmagnolia.com. There are no refunds if you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, as replacement clients for your appointment are not always possible. However, if Gabriela can fill your reserved time with another client, she will always attempt to. If this happens, she is happy to offer you a credit for the same value, which you can use with her at some other time. Online and/or in person classes are completely non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Healing Package Terms & Conditions
Healing packages are strictly non-transferable and are intended for one person only.
Packages cannot be shared between family members, friends, partners, or any other individual. They are designed to support one person's unique healing journey and must be used exclusively by the original purchaser.
All sessions included in the package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.
Healing packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or products.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers are redeemable only for services or products offered by Soul Magnolia, subject to availability.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.
Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date. Once expired, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
Soul Magnolia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Gabriela Johnson or Soul Magnolia be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised we offer. Gabriela Johnson or Soul Magnolia is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client or student may incur whilst attending a course, reading, healing, past life regression or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or mis actions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, reading session, healing session or any of the other services we provide. Students and clients must take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. Soul Magnolia and Gabriela Johnson gives no warranty on the choice of products or services you make. Full details are displayed on our web site as to what the item will entail. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection this remains your responsibility.
