This meditation is an activation to self acceptance and manifestation. It was channeled in Coromandel next to the sea. It is a very profound meditation and activation with an Arcturian being, you can listen to it as many times as you want. Every time you listen to it will activate something different within you or you will release something different than the last time. It will also give you more physical energy to help you with the integration. You might feel very tired afterwards or you will have a headache or a physical manifestation in your body.
